Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your MOVR purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• It must be in its original packaging
• It must be in the same condition you received it

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or opened may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
